Impact 2019 R2 Service Pack 1 (11.1.2.0) (released Nov 2020) contains a mix of minor feature enhancements, bug fixes and performance improvements for Impact 2019 R2. If you are running an earlier version of Impact, including 2019 or 2019 R2, then we suggest you upgrade to this latest release, which offers an overall better user experience.
