Improved error details when licence fail to activate, and silent re-activation after extended periods of inactivity

Since the upgrade to the Nalpeiron v10 licensing system that was introduced with Impact 2016 R4 and 2019, it's not always been clear why a licence fail to activate. Whether that's for an initial setup; attempting to transfer to another workstation; or re-activation. Impact now provides more detailed error details which should help users understand what may have gone wrong.

Examples may include, forgetting to de-activate on another workstation before trying to activate elsewhere, or trying to activate a disabled or expired code.

In addition, after a period of inactivity, typically 28 days, Impact users would previously be forced to reactivate Impact upon start-up. From now on reactivation will be attempted automatically and silently, so long as the licence is still valid and has not already reached the maximum number of activations on other workstations.

Impact now displays descriptive error messages if a licence fails to activate, such as expired subscription or maximum number of activations reached.
