If you need to supply Arden personnel with copies of files that are perhaps too large or of an unsecure nature - i.e. that could be construed to be a virus by anti-virus software (e.g. [.exe], [.bat], [.msi]) - then you can optionally upload them to our FTP site.
Feel free to password protect your files before upload, making sure to provide any required passwords to the intended parties.
It is strongly recommended that you compress any files submitted for upload to reduce upload time and network traffic.
Your files will only be accessible to, anyone you choose to share your credentials with, and Arden, who will delete routinely delete, retaining copies only as long as is needed, and for the sole purpose intended.
