PROBLEM: Activated Site does not show in the Health Monitor app
SOLUTION(s):
Restart the four (4) ERS services (Stop All, Start All) under File > Installed Services.

We're aware of an ongoing issue for those reliant upon Nalpeiron for Impact software licensing. This may mean you're unable to start or hold a consistent Impact CAD session. We'll share further updates once our third-party provider updates us.
