Impact Licensing – Service Update
Throughout today (Dec 2nd), our licensing service provider, Nalpeiron, experienced several outages caused by issues at their hosting provider, Azure. Nalpeiron has confirmed that full service has now been restored, they do not expect further disruption, and they are implementing additional safeguards to mitigate similar issues in the future.

PROBLEM: Local monitor displays "Unable to determine status"

If this occurs, the site will also show offline in offline in the Enterprise Health Monitor application.  Users can enter Impact – they use Active Directory (Windows Login credentials) to enter Impact.





SOLUTION: 

For the Impact Enterprise Services, an SQL user was created and did not have “dbo” privileges.  


Always make sure Connecting Users and this Service has “dbo” privileges.
