User Information

This form is displayed when you select an individual user from the User List.

Database Structure - User Information

The page displays information for the selected user as defined in the User Properties together with the number of working projects they have in this database. This is followed by the connection information and, if this user is connected to the database, the Details button gives access to the Connected Users form.

The table at the bottom of the form shows the Impact Settings files. If you right-click one of these a context menu is displayed with the following options:

  • Edit - allows you to edit the contents of the settings file
  • Replace - replace the settings file with a different one that must be of the correct type
  • Save As - save the file to disk
  • Print - output the contents of the file to a printer
  • Send To - create an email with the file as an attachment
  • Export As Text - create a readable text file version of the settings file
  • Copy to Users - use the Copy Settings To form to copy these settings to one or more other users
  • Delete - delete the highlighted settings
  • Delete All - delete all of the settings files
  • Refresh - redisplay the list in case it has been changed by another user
