Impact Licensing – Service Update
Throughout today (Dec 2nd), our licensing service provider, Nalpeiron, experienced several outages caused by issues at their hosting provider, Azure. Nalpeiron has confirmed that full service has now been restored, they do not expect further disruption, and they are implementing additional safeguards to mitigate similar issues in the future.

Formulas

Reports - Formulas

Formulas are the mechanism by which the reports can access Impact information. There are several built-in formulae, such as CustomerKey and ProjectKey, but you can add your own.

Add

Press this button to show the Formula Attributes form.

Change

This button is only available for user-defined formulae. Use it to change the attributes of the highlighted entry.

Delete

This button is only available for user-defined formulae. Use it to delete the highlighted entry.
