Problem: Unable to Open project from Enterprise 

 

Unable to open a Project from the central Enterprise Impact database, with the Open options greyed out. 


Solution

 

This has been resolved for Impact 2019 R2 Service pack 1 and newer releases.  

 

The Information Pane not being visible in the Impact Browser prevents project information, which is needed to open the project from the Enterprise database, from being loaded.

If using Impact 2019 R2 and earlier, there are two solutions available:


  • In the Impact Browser, enable the Information Pane using the top menu by clicking on View and then clicking on Information Pane.
     
  • Upgrade to the most current version of Impact
