Impact Licensing – Service Update
Throughout today (Dec 2nd), our licensing service provider, Nalpeiron, experienced several outages caused by issues at their hosting provider, Azure. Nalpeiron has confirmed that full service has now been restored, they do not expect further disruption, and they are implementing additional safeguards to mitigate similar issues in the future.

Where can I find my nServer Open Licence GUID

Each Open nServer Licence GUID is unique to each issued Arden Licence Server licence.  


The GUID for an issued licence can either be confirmed by Arden Software, or viewed from the Installed Licences tab within Arden Licence Server Administrator, which is accessible as outlined below.


When viewing the features of an Open nServer Licence, a convenient button is shown allowing you to copy the GUID to the Windows clipboard.
