Complete Circles omitted from Zund ZCC Output

Complete circles (ie arcs with a sweep of 360 degrees) are omitted when previewing a *.ZCC (Zund cut center) file, in the Zund Cut Queue application.

Arcs with a sweep of less than 360 degrees are unaffected.

Other file formats (CFF2, DXF, PDF, HPGL etc) are unaffected, regardless of the sweep of the arc.

Symptoms

Complete circles are visible in the Impact drawing:

Example Impact drawing with complete circles

The same circles are not visible in the Zund cut center preview:

Preview in ZCC Cut Queue - complete circles omitted

Cause

This is caused by an issue with the Zund ZCC software itself and has yet to be addressed (by Zund).

Solution

Within all affected Post Processors, head to the Explode node and enable Arcs to > quad segments option:

                                                    Explode>Arcs to Post-Processor options

Click OK and re-try the plot:

Preview in ZCC Cut Queue - complete circles included

Still Not Working

Close & re-open the current project and then re-try the plot.
