This tool is used to create a new group of entities.
The tool is a simplified version of the Block New tool. A new group is created from the selected entities with the base-point at the centre. The group is assigned a unique name starting with Group and then a suffix such as _1.
Once a group has been created it is treated in the same way as a block and all the normal block tools can be used with it, such as Insert Block, Rename etc.
