View All Documents

This tool allows you to view and manage all documents in the database. When you start the tool, the Documents form appears; from this form you can add documents, view them, search them, configure relationships (for example with projects and customers), view the document history, delete documents, and so on.

NOTE: This is an administrative tool - if it is unavailable to you it may be because you do not have the necessary user privileges. Please contact your Impact administrator for more information. 

The behaviour of this tool depends on your Document Management settings. If the Load 'All Document' when opening dialog option is enabled, the list of documents will be automatically displayed. If not, choose View All Documents or Search Documents to find the items you want. This option is provided because some document providers might be slow when retrieving all documents.
