Parametric grid-lines sometimes inadvertently extend to lines or arcs. This tool allows you to identify such a grid-line in order to split it so that its extent is limited.
After identifying the grid-line the following message is displayed:-
The split point has been added; for it to take effect you must reset the model - do you want to do this now?
The split point can be subsequently removed using the Remove split tool.
