The Rubber Nester tool is used to arrange the rubber blocks to fit within specified sheet sizes to achieve minimum wastage within user-defined parameters. The tool cannot be run until you have run the Automatic Rubber Creator tool.
The tool can be started directly from the Diemaking Tools menu or from the Rubber Creator window.
When you start the tool the Rubber Nesting Wizard is displayed. This allows you to define the various parameters to use in the nesting process.
Once the wizard has been completed the Nesting Progress Form is displayed. This displays the nesting results.
If the tool was started from the Rubber Creator, when the results are complete, a new window is created within the Rubber Creator window. Otherwise a new drawing layer or layers are created for the nesting results.
