Use this button to toggle the active status of the constraint manager for the current layer or block.
The Constraint Manager Status (either Active or Inactive) will be displayed in the Dynamic Constraints toolbox.
If you have the option Direction and Status Indicators switched on in Options>Environment>Display, then you can also toggle this status from the button at the bottom of your work area:
- this shows the Constraint Manager disabled
- and this shows it enabled
Hovering over this indicator or the tool button shows the optional help message in the status bar and the optional tool tip - Constraint Manager is active/inactive. Click to activate/deactivate the Constraint Manager for this layer.
