Edit Bar controls: Use Existing Blocks, Scale, Rotate, About X, About Y, Origin, Reset.
This tool allows you to copy entities from the Impact clipboard into the current block. You must have previously used the Edit - Cut or Edit - Copy tool to place the entities into the clipboard. Before activating the tool, move to the drawing, layer and current block into which you wish the entities to be pasted.
On activating the tool, select the Use Existing Blocks check box on the Edit Bar if you wish block insertions in the clipboard to refer to blocks of the same name already in the drawing, if they exist, rather than those in the clipboard.
You can opt to Scale, Rotate, Mirror (Flip X, Flip Y) the entities by modifying the values in the Edit Bar. Reset will set all the edit bar controls to the default values.
From the drop-down list choose the required Origin position (Bottom/Left, Bottom/Right, Centre, Origin, Top/Left, Top/Right). This defines the cursor position relative to the pasted entities.
Pick the point at which to paste the entities. All entities within the clipboard are copied into the current block. Their relative positions are retained from when they were Cut. The entities are automatically added to the selection set.
The entities are not removed from the clipboard when they are pasted, so you can paste the same entities several times, potentially into different drawings or different layers.
