This tool allows you to select all entities of the same palette by picking one entity of that palette.
You can modify the operation of this and most other selection tools with the Shift and Control keyboard keys.
Note that you can also achieve the same results using the Select Expression tool and choosing the palette name - this may be necessary if, for example, you have several palettes of the same colour and line style.
