This tool allows you to modify the block name and description of blocks in the current layer.
The operation of the tool depends upon whether or not there are any currently selected block insertions. If there are no selected block insertions then the Rename Block form is displayed. Here you can choose from a list of blocks which one to rename.
If insertions of a single block are selected then the Block Name form is displayed and you can change the name and description of that block.
If insertions of several blocks are selected then the Multiple Block Rename form is displayed, from which you can alter the root block name.
NOTE: You can open the Block Name form directly from the Impact Explorer - Block Inspector.
