This tool allows the angle between any three picked points to be calculated. The points can be identified using snap modes where they are part of existing entities or they can be freehand points.
After activating the tool, pick the first point. A rubber band line appears following the cursor which represents the first arm of the angle being measured. Pick the second point. A line appears representing the first arm of the angle. A rubber band line also appears from the second point following the cursor which represents the second arm of the angle being measured. Pick the third point.
The measured angle will then be displayed on the Edit Bar and in the Output toolbox.
