This tool allows the angle between any two picked points and the horizontal to be calculated. The points can be identified using snap modes where they are part of existing entities or they can be freehand points.
After activating the tool, pick the first point. A rubber band line appears following the cursor which represents the angle being measured from the horizontal. Pick the second point.
The measured angle will then be displayed on the Edit Bar and in the Output toolbox.
