Edit Bar controls: Width, Height, Settings, Add to Favourites, Override settings.
Dimension Edit allows the operator to edit the appearance of a dimension used in the Design. Dimensions have preset properties that define the size of the text, terminators and leaders as well as the units of measurement used and decimal places. Using this tool provides quick access to these settings while in the Parametrics Editor.
To use, simply activate the tool and click on the dimension you wish to change. At this level you will only be able to affect one dimension at a time.
Changing the text size is easily done by typing the desired size in the Width and Height fields located in the Edit Bar.
You can always select any of the Settings currently in your database by selecting from the drop down window next to Settings.
The Favourites star 
allows you to set any of your most commonly used settings to be quickly accessed. To use, choose the desired setting and click on the Favourites star. You will notice a new Favourites listing in the Settings drop down window where your favourites will be grouped.
Clicking on the Override Settings button 
will bring you to the Dimension Settings window where you can override any setting for that dimension. Please be aware that this is a temporary change only affecting this dimension. For a permanent change to the setting you will need to access it through your Master Tool Settings.
The right click context menu brings up the following options:-
Cancel Dimension Edit - Cancel this tool
Pick Dimension - Pick a different dimension to edit
Edit - Restart the Edit tool
Delete Dimension - Start the Delete Dimension tool
Associate Variables - Start the Associate Variables tool
Conditional Entities - Start the Conditional Entities tool
View - Opens the View settings menu
Snap - Opens the Snap settings menu
