Edit > Copy 
This tool is used to copy selected stripper areas/regions, together with their settings, restrictions and components. The regions are copied to a special area called the Impact clipboard; from here the regions may be pasted using the Paste 
tool.
Before activating the tool, select the stripper area/region to be copied using the Select 
tool. If there is an active marquee (via the Marquee 
tool) in addition to a selected stripper area/region, then only the parts of the stripper area/region which are also within the marquee will be copied; if there is an active marquee but no selected stripper area/region, then the parts of all the unselected stripper area/regions which are within the marquee will be copied.
The contents of the clipboard are cleared out each time you use the Copy 
tool; if you perform several copies in succession, only the stripper areas/regions, settings, restrictions and components from the last copy will remain in the clipboard.
