Will remove the relief hole (any internal enclosed cutouts in a rubber part) by picking a point on the hole in the rubber block with the mouse.
The Edit Bar controls will display the following options when the tool starts:
Rubber Edit - The current tool.
Multi-up Replication - Same name block replication (here wrongly called multi-up replication on the Edit Bar) can be enabled, i.e. do this only for the block you pick or all blocks with the same name as the one you pick. The Replicate option is modal, i.e. other Rubber Edit tools will have the replication option set as it was used last time by any tool in this group.
To use: Pick internal relief hole in a rubber block with the mouse to delete. The hole is filled with the same type rubber as the original rubber block.
