Will change the rubber palette of a picked block to the Rubber type specified on the Edit Bar.
The Edit Bar controls will display the following options when the tool starts:
Rubber Edit - The current tool.
Multi-up Replication - Same name block replication (here wrongly called multi-up replication on the Edit Bar) can be enabled, i.e. do this only for the block you pick or all blocks with the same name as the one you pick. The Replicate option is modal, i.e other Rubber Edit tools will have the replication option set as it was used last time by any tool in this group.
Rubber type - Pull down list of available rubber (type) palettes to change into.
To use: Set Edit Bar options and pick a rubber block to change with the mouse.
