This tool allows you to snap to the last point entered. No pick is required.
This is useful when you need to change entity drawing tools. For example, if you draw a line and then you want to draw an arc with its first point at the last point entered, cancel the line drawing tool, select the arc drawing tool and select the Snap To Last Point Entered tool.
This will then snap to the end of the last line created which will in turn form the first point from which the arc is created.
The last point can be shown with a marker - see Geometry Appearance in View>Visibility.
