This tool is used to enter text and a leader line.

Pick a point which will be the position of the terminator. As you move to the second point to be picked, a flexible line is drawn representing the leader line. Pick any interim points by holding down the Ctrl key as you press the left hand mouse button.
These define any leader lines running from the terminator. Make the final pick without holding down the Ctrl key. The leader line is created and the Text Editor form is now displayed and you can enter the text to be displayed by the leader line.
In this form enter the text required and press OK.
The Text Editor form allows you to define the style, position and type of text to be created.
