This tool allows you to enter text by picking two points to specify the position and the angle of the text.
After picking the second anchor point, the Text Editor form is displayed so you can enter and format the text.
Constraint Manager
If you have the Constraint Manager active whilst using this tool you will experience the following differences:
- A coincident constraint is added if the first click is on an existing entity as long as the offset (as defined in the Text Editor form) from the anchor is zero
