This tool allows you to snap to an arbitrary point on an entity in the drawing.
The cursor is modified to show “Entity” to indicate that the snap mode is active.
The Snap On Entity tool cannot be used with dimensions. For text entities, the snap mode causes picks to snap to the text anchor point.
