This tool allows you to snap picked points to the coordinates of two indicated points, the X coordinate of the first and the Y coordinate of the second.
You may use other snap modes when picking the two points.
The cursor is not modified but the Snap Messages area of the Status Bar displays X Coord/Y Coord as you use the tool.
