This tool allows you to add rubber geometry for a one-up or multi-up layout with predefined settings for internal, external, slot, profile and waste rubber as configured in the Master Tool Settings for Automatic Rubber. Once the rubber is suitably positioned, the rubber components can be nested to fit within specified sheet sizes using the Rubber Nester.
To achieve optimum results from the tool ensure all palettes are of the correct type, this also includes Strip and Balancing knives in the Die layout. The tool works best with multi-up layers with inserted one-up designs as blocks (e.g. as created by the Impact layout tools).
When the tool is run the Rubber Creator window is displayed.
