This tool allows you to modify a text entity.
TIP: This tool is similar to the Text Editor tool
NOTE: Rubber Block numbering must be switched on and Text entities must be visible for this tool to have anything to edit. No new text can be added with this tool.
This tool has no Edit Bar controls
To use: Click the icon, pick a text entity, i.e. a rubber block number, with the mouse. Right mouse click for a Context menu with options, see the Text Editor tool for more details on editing text.
