On activating the tool, the cursor shows a question mark "?". Clicking on a part of the screen (such as a menu, toolbar, toolbox, the Edit Bar) causes a short description to appear such as the one below.
The English name of the tool (e.g. Trim Fillet) is displayed, and this name is also copied to the Windows clipboard.
Click again anywhere to hide the description.
To cancel the tool, right-click on the main drawing area and choose Cancel from the context menu.
