Use this tool to toggle the display of the constraint symbols next to geometry. This toggle applies to all 2D layers in the current drawing, so long as the Constraint Manager is enabled.

However, it should be noted that when this option is switched off you can hover over an entity to display the constraints that refer to that entity, such as this:
