Bars

To layer

The bar geometry can be transferred to another layer by checking this option. If this option is not checked, the geometry will be added to the current layer.

Layer name

From the pulldown list choose the layer or enter the layer name required.

Sub-blocks

This option determines if the bar geometry created will be added to a sub-block.

Block name

Enter the block name for the bar geometry.

Palette

From the pulldown list choose the palette for the bar geometry.

Centre palettes

From the double palette list choose the palettes that can be considered for the bar centre palette.

Bar Auto Fillet Multiplier

When creating bars, if you choose Auto fillet, then they will be created with fillets that are the width of the bar multiplied by this value.

Default centre palette

The pulldown list will only contain the palettes selected in the Centre palettes list. Choose the required one.

Side symbol

Use the Symbol Select form to select a symbol to connect the horizontal frame bars to the frame.

Side symbol offset

Enter the distance to offset the insertion point of the symbol from the intersection point of the bar and the frame.

Bottom symbol

Use the Symbol Select form to select a symbol to connect the vertical frame bars to the bottom of the frame.

Bottom symbol offset

Enter the distance to offset the insertion point of the symbol from the intersection point of the bar and the bottom of the frame.

Top symbol

Use the Symbol Select form to select a symbol to connect the vertical frame bars to the top of the frame.

Top symbol offset

Enter the distance to offset the insertion point of the symbol from the intersection point of the bar and the top of the frame.

Symbol placement

This option allows you to choose how the symbols should be placed relative to the bar. From the pulldown list choose Centre, Left edge or Right edge.
