You can configure the appearance of the File menu:
Show a list of recently opened projects/templates/symbols
The most recently used drawings are shown at the bottom of the File menu.
Show a list of current working projects
Projects in your Working Area are shown at the bottom of the File-Open menu.
In both cases, specify the Number of items to display.
Show screentips
When hovering over recent and working items in the menu a popup hint providing more project information and a preview image can be displayed.
Using the settings shown above might result in the following being displayed when hovering over the project history list:-
