Circle - Rules

If the circle style is set to Conventional or Dynamic, this page will be available.

Stripper System - Circle - Rules (Conventional)

Add

This will open the Add Circle Symbol form to select a new circle rule to add.

Change

This will open the Add Circle Symbol form to change the settings of the highlighted circle rule.

Delete

This will remove the highlighted circle rule from the list.

 

Stripper System - Circle - Rules (Dynamic)

Add

This will add a new circle rule after the highlighted one.

Delete

This will remove the highlighted circle rule from the list.

Diameter

This is the maximum diameter of circles for which this circle rule should automatically be applied.

Depth

This is the default value for the depth of the restriction.

Male Component

From the pulldown list in the table, select a male component to be placed for the circle rule.

No. of Comps.

The number of male components which should be placed around the circle.

Nicks

From the pulldown list in the table, select the nick symbol to be placed for the circle (as defined in Options > Database Operation > Symbols > Nick Symbol Group).

No. of Nicks

The number of nicks which should be placed around the circle.

Restriction type

From the pulldown list in the table, select from Normal or Parallel (for Parallel Offset).

Place support at base of circle

If this option is checked, then the first support will always be placed at the base (270 deg) of the circle; otherwise, the first two supports will be placed either side of the base (270 deg) of the circle.
