Impact tools that allow you to select a Master Tool Setting to use with that tool (such as File - Plot) will often give you the option to edit the settings whilst running the tool, using the edit button 
. You can use this page to restrict which users can edit the settings.

The table contains all of Impact's Master Tool Settings. If the following settings radio button has been selected then you should go through the whole table enabling and disabling the settings as required. If any settings radio button has been selected then you do not need to set any of the individual settings.
