The Layout Report can be produced from within the Layout Creator tool using the Reports - Show Reports option, and from the Layouts - Show Layout Report tool.
Here is an example of a report:

You can choose a different Layout Report Master Tool Setting from the pulldown list at the top of the form.
The report is standard text, so you can edit it if you wish.
You can then print the report, save it as plain text (.txt) or rich text (.rtf) or send it as an email message.
