This form is opened when you press the Change button on the Project Updates form for an undefined Master Drawing Layer.

Action
From the drop-down list choose the required option:
- Convert the master layer to a normal layer
- Link the layer to the following master layer

Use the selection button 
to open the Project Browser and select an existing Master Drawing Layer to which the chosen layer should be linked.
