This form is reached from the User Group Attributes form - Project Layers tab. You must first have enabled the Use user group layer rules when checking out projects option from Database Installation - Options.
Layer Rule (all layers whose name begins with "Rubber")
For each rule, enter:
- A Name for the rule
- Whether the users are Allowed to or Not allowed to work on the specified layers
- Whether the layers are being specified by Type or Name
- A regular expression, RE, with which to match the layer names or layer types
These rules take effect if the option Allow individual layers to be worked on by different users is enabled within Database Operation settings.
