This form is opened when you press the Add or Change buttons on the Symbol Mapping page.
Symbol Mapping entry
Symbol name
Enter the symbol name. This is the name of the symbol in the imported Impact drawing.
Action
From the pulldown list choose the required option:-
- Map to symbol
- Convert the symbol to a block
- Remove symbol
If the option Convert the symbol to a block is chosen then a new block will be created with the same name as the imported symbol.
If the option Remove symbol is chosen then all imported symbols with the given name will be deleted.
Symbol
This only becomes available if the option Map to symbol has been chosen. In this case use the symbol selector button 
to choose a symbol in the current database to map the imported symbol to.
