This page allows standard symbol patterns to be added to one of the stripper units. This can be used to add standard text or location holes, for example.
Stripper Machine Settings - Symbol Patterns
Type
Male, Female or Front Edge; from the pulldown list select the unit the symbol patterns are to be applied to.
Add
This will open the Pattern Attributes form to select a new pattern to add for the current unit type.
Change
This will open the Pattern Attributes form to change the settings of the highlighted pattern for the current unit type.
Delete
This will delete the highlighted pattern for the current unit type.
Place into a new block
This option determines if the symbol patterns should be placed into a block of the specified Block name.
Special output block
This option determines if the symbols will be optimised with any one-up designs when output.
Place each symbol pattern into a new sub block
This option determines if each individual symbol pattern should be placed into a new sub block within the symbol pattern block.
Include laser offsets in wood extents
If this option is not checked, then any symbol pattern which uses symbols that are positioned by wood will not include the beam width in the calculation for the extents of the wood.
