Switch this option on to create an audit trail of changes made to Master Tool Settings.
User comments for manual changes
From the drop-down list choose the required option - None, Optional or Mandatory. This defines whether or not the user should add a comment when they make a change to a setting.
Store old versions
Switch this option on to store old versions of the settings. This will allow comparisons to be made between these and the current version, and will also allow old versions to be restored.
Limit number of stored versions to
Enter the required number of old versions to be kept.
