This form is displayed from the Block - Rename tool if block insertions of several different blocks are selected.
Rename Blocks
Enter a new Root Name and the blocks referenced by the selected block insertions will be renamed based on this root name. For example, if the block insertions of three different blocks are selected and the Root Name entered is Nick, then the three blocks will be renamed to Nick, Nick_1 and Nick_2.
