Add Document Relationship
This form is called when you press the Add button on the Add Documents form (Relationships tab) or on the Document Information form (Relationships tab). It is used to define a relationship between a document and a database item.
Document - From the pulldown list choose This specific document version or The latest document version.
Relationship - From this pulldown choose Document, Project or Customer.
If you have chosen Document, then the edit button takes you to the Search Documents form, from where you can select the required document.
If you have chosen Project, then the current project will appear as the default but you can override this using the edit button .
If you have chosen Customer, then you can either choose a customer from the pulldown list or use the edit button to open the Customer Database search form.
