You can delete a document from the Documents form or the Document Information form.
A variation of the same form is used depending on whether you have chosen to Delete, Purge, Obliterate or Undelete a document.
The form explains the differences between the Delete, Purge and Obliterate options.
Delete Document
If more than one version of the document exists you will be given the option to delete the current version, all versions or the current version and all older versions.
You can also choose to only delete the chosen document versions, delete and purge them or delete and obliterate them.
Undelete Document
This variant of the form is displayed when you choose to undelete a deleted document.
