This form can be accessed from the Document Configuration form, on the Tags page, when you press the Merge button.
Merge to Tag
Tag - choose the tag which is to be merged.
The tag which you highlighted in the Document Configuration form will be deleted and replaced (on documents) by the tag which you choose here.
