The Customer Selector is opened anywhere in Impact that you might need to display and select customers, such as on the Database page of the Impact Explorer.
It supports searching and selecting customers by customer group, address and other common customer attributes, as well as the flagging of Favourite Customers:
The customer list display can be managed in the same way as the Details pane within the Projects Browser (and the Revisions pane within the Browser Information pane), via Customer Options (for suitably privileged users):
