Depending on where this form is opened from, you will see different tabbed pages.
When creating a new layer from the Design Options - Layers - Add button you will only see the New Layer tab.
When selecting Properties from either Design Options - Layers or Impact Explorer, the tabbed pages will depend on the layer type. A Multi-up layer will display General, Sheet, Edges/Board, Origin/Direction and Database. A One-up layer will only display General, Origin/Direction and Database. The same tabbed pages will appear if this form is opened after a File - New command.
If a layer has been created from a Standard, then the Standard page will also be displayed.
