This tool gives details of the coordinate system in use with respect to the world coordinate system.
Activating the tool causes the Output toolbox to appear, if it isn't already being displayed. This details the scale factor, mirror factor, rotation and shift currently in use with respect to the world coordinate system.
You may change the current coordinate system via Project Options in Options - Project.
